Courses
Starting with runnable trail on Golden Hill, the route then heads up and over Needle Hill, and some technical trail down to Tai Wai for the first refueling stop (remember your Octopus!). We then rejoin trail heading towards Lion Rock, but turning left onto the (reverse) Maclehose. After a few kilometres on the Mac we take a left turn to head down some more technical trail for the second refueling stop in Sai Kung. A long climb follows, leading up to Ma On Shan for some excellent ridge-line running. Plunge down to Sai Sha Rd and along Mac 3, before some more runnable trail eventually brings you to the barrier gate at Pak Tam Chung.
