R&D Data Scientist (full-time)

Key tasks

Research and develop a complete analytic concept and advanced solution to monitor – lifetime durability and sustainably of IoT devices in outdoor. Develop guiding principles to improve overall scan detection results. Establish best practice and developed tools, dashboards, and analytic routines based on big data (from our database or external data).

The specific TRAILME platform component and solution should

• Provide analytic dashboards with event results, device performances, runner’s status.

• Predict outages and anomality’s in the usages of IoT in outdoor.

• Configuration optimizations (on beacons as on mobile phones).

• Combine external information, e.g., weather conditions.

• Usage of pattern recognition for configuration optimizations.

R&D Engineer (full-time)

Key tasks

Research and develop a complete tracking and status solution to monitor – lifetime our IoT

devices in outdoor. Develop and apply best user interface practice for a high scalable and mass

adoption solution.

The specific TRAILME platform component and solution should

• Provide complete process support for all life cycle steps in the IoT device handling.

• Support international and global usage

• Support visual and geographic location representation with linked photos

• Interface with other TRAILME components, e.g., analytics/reporting

R&D Engineer for location-based services (full-time)

Key tasks

Research and develop an advanced interactive IoT navigation concept and solution based on

IoT devices for outdoor use cases. The TRAILME solution should

• invent new algorithms and processes to navigate on trails with waypoints and digitals

marked trails (using IoT devices)

• create visual and speech navigation information and directional outputs using the

mobile app and connected wearable watches – e.g., Garmin or e.g., turn left in 50m

• provide a course creation and planning capability for course marking and routing with

digital markers (IoT devices)

• tracking runner ‘s position and progress with predicted progress and alerting on

deviations from the course.

R&D IoT Engineer (full-time)

Key tasks

Create a new type of IoT device (beacon) which suits better the business requirements of

TRAILME. Create a very valuable IP for the company which protects our business model.

Research and develop a new innovative, advanced IoT device – SMART TRACKER which

• can be connected online –via 5G eSims / LoRa

• is equipped with audible or visual features for easy detection.

• improve the usage duration in outdoor for use cases of TRAILME by researching and

defining configuration, settings operating with the BLE technology.

• Expand the usage lifetime for IoT device in outdoor – for energy consumption,

maintenance scenarios, hardware specifications.

Operational & Customer Service Manager

Key tasks

▪ Improve the overall IT TRAILME platform to increase operational efficiency and user experience

▪ Find optimizations in the user journey and experience and improve our customer services

▪ Manage incoming customer requests and support the event managers during the events.

▪ Create & provide TRAILME information, learning and tutorial material to end and business users

▪ Operate and improve our B2C customer database and direct user communication

▪ Support organizers to monitor participants and maintain correct racer data

▪ Analyze and document B2C customer growth

Social Media Promotor

Key tasks

• Operate the digital marketing & social media presence of TRAILME in various social media platforms, e.g. Website, Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, etc.  – initial setup, framework and corporate look and feel
• Prepare posts, articles, news, stories, interviews, blog, photos, video clips
• Maintain engagement reports and statistics
• Support the Go-To-Market plan for TRAILME
• Learn from similar platforms & Apps and create a best in class benchmarks
