I can not Sign Up an account on TRAILME.

Please make sure..

  1. Your Nickname has 5 characters at least, should only contain A-Z / a-z / 0-9.
  2. Your Password has more than 8 characters, at least 1 Uppercase, 1 Lowercase and 1 Numeric.
  3. Your Email Address is spelled correctly.

I can not Login to TRAILME.

Please check your email and make sure you have activated your account. If you need more help, please email to service@trailme.com.hk 

I cannot receive the verification email or the link is expired.

Please try to login and you will receive a verification email sent from our system. Then you can activate your account again. If you still can not receive our system email, you probably made a typo in the registered email on your TRAILME account. Please email us to fix it service@trailme.com.hk

 

What is the Nickname for?

Nickname is a unique identity for every user. Please make sure you register a unique Nickname for your account with 5 characters at least.

Can I change my Nickname?

Your Nickname is your unique Identification and can therefore not be changed.

How can I change my password?

Please use the "Forgot Password?" function when you login. Then, you will receive a system email asking you to reset the Password.

I want to remove my account from TRAILME.

Please send an email to our Customer Service at service@trailme.com.hk and we will remove your account and confirm it by email.
