Dark 45 是每年夏天過後第一個夜山賽，比賽路線於著名的麥里浩徑的”小雙坳”之上，由水浪窩營地為起點，至荃錦坳為終點，全長45公里，2800米攀升。Cut off 時間為14小時。

比賽日子在10月1日00:00起步 (即凌晨12:00) 全程黑夜進行，在反光絲帶作為引路下，在熟悉的路徑上有不一樣的夜山體驗。

​同時由於氣溫較為清涼，十分適合跑手創造出該路段的理想時間，以為新一年賽季打好基礎。

Dark45 is the first night race in HK after summer. The race route is on the popular MacLehose "Double Au", starting from the Shui Long Wo campsite and finishing at the Tsuen Kam Au, covering 44.5 km with an elevation of 2650m. The cutoff time is 14 hours.

In 2000, Sowers Action organized the first “Challenging 12 Hours”, a charity marathon event with an aim to promoting education in rural regions. Since then, it has become one of the biggest annual trail events in Hong Kong.

Over 41,000 participants have took part in this event in the past 24 years, and the total fund raised was over HK$53 million. In the virtual run last year, there were over 323 participants raising over HK$220,000 as education donation.

The Oxfam Trailwalker (OTW) is one of the largest fundraising sporting events in Hong Kong. The 100 km trail starts from Pak Tam Chung in Sai Kung and finishes at Crossroads Foundation in Tuen Mun. There are nine checkpoints along the route. Participants must form a team of four, aged over 18. The OTW route is quite challenging; participants have to hike up 23 hills/mountains, including Tai Mo Shan – the highest of them all, climbing a total of about 4,830 meters. It also involves many uphill and rugged roads.

TransLantau25 by UTMB® will cover the scenic coastal trails in Northern Lantau country park for a cumulative elevation gain of 1,500 meters. This is a trail run which requires adequate training to complete the full route within 8 hours.

TransLantau50 by UTMB® covers 51km on the most scenic trails of South Lantau Island, including 5 climbs for a cumulative elevation gain of 2,600 meters. This is a challenging trail run which requires adequate training to complete the full route within 13 hours.

The route will be marked with reflective orange ribbons and signs at intersections. There will be 4 checkpoints (see locations on map) with drinking water, electrolytes, cold and hot food.

TransLantau100 by UTMB® covers 105km on the most scenic trails on Lantau Island, for a cumulative elevation gain of 4,600 meters. This is a challenging trail run which requires adequate training to complete the full route within 32 hours. The route includes steep climbs and downhills, the highest climb being the Lantau peak (934m).
