The Salomon Lantau 70 has been cancelled due to the current Covid-19 restrictions in place in Hong Kong. After speaking to all the relevant government departments, we have been told that there is no way the race can go ahead.

50公里比賽起點位於大埔頭遊樂場, 距離太和站(東鐵線)8分鐘步行路程. 終點位於西貢成豐片場. 賽道由九龍北至南, 包括不同山徑, 部份衛奕信徑和麥理浩徑. 總攀升達3,550米.

The 50km course starts at Tai Po Tau Playground, an 8 minute walk from Tai Wo MTR (East Rail line) in the New Territories and finishes at Shing Fung Studios in Kowloon, running from North to South. The route uses a variety of trail including the Wilson and MacLehose among others, and has an accumulative vertical of 3,550m.

Day 1 - Lantau: a Loop in South Lantau that starts and ends at Tung Chung, then cross harbour to Lai King. 
Day 2 - NT: Lai King – Yau Tong, then cross harbour to Quarry Bay. 
Day 3 - HK: Quarry Bay – Kennedy Town.

賽程:
Day 1 - 大嶼賽區:  
由大嶼山東涌出發, 一圈大嶼山後, 回到東涌過海往荔景, 轉往新界賽區.
Day 2 - 新界賽區:  
由荔景往油塘, 轉乘港鐵, 過海往鰂魚涌, 轉往香港賽區.
Day 3 - 香港賽區:  
由鰂魚涌往堅尼地城結束.

split) - Lin Fa Shan - Por Kai Shan – Pak Mong - Tung Chung – Shek Mun Kap– Tei Tong Tsai –

Au) - Nam Shan Pavillion finish.

The HK100 Ultra Trail Race, which is held in January each year, has been cancelled.  HK100 Flex is a call to everyone to continue to train / run / hike / connect wherever you are in the world.  HK100 Flex is not a competition or a trial.  It is our way of giving you a little nudge to stay fit and strong and continue to pursue your personal trail running goals in these difficult times.

Winter Solstice Run is a race for families and outdoorholics. Starting at Rotary Park of Tai Mo Shan Country Park, the route goes through some woody downhill trail and finishes at D•PARK. There are 3 main categories with different race ditance: Elite Category - 20km, Challenge Category - 10km and Fun Catagory - 5km, which are suitable for challenge lovers, kids, families, couples, or anyone just fancy for a walk in the park!
