Overview

To promote healthy living through running in some of Hong Kong's most scenic trails. Action Asia Events is proud to promote health, wellness and sustainability through this premier hiking and running event. There are 3 challenging distances (16km/27km/54km) starting and finishing in Tung Chung with each covering areas across Lantau’s beautiful country parks taking in stunning scenery and scenic mountain views.

Solo  -  Designed for casual hikers who are trying out trail running and perfect for those who enjoy a great trail running challenge with around 1000m elevation gain going up the Wong Lung Hang Valley hiking trail, passing Lin Fa Shan and descending to Pak Mong before hiking the Olympic trail back to Tung Chung with a 6-hr cut-off time.

Solo – A challenging route for intermediate to experienced runners & hikers that starts with the Ngong Ping 360 trail, around Nei Lek Shan, over Lantau Peak (934m), Sunset Peak (800+m) before passing Lin Fa Shan and descending to Pak Mong before hiking the Olympic trail back to Tung Chung. Highly recommend you train at least 2-3x a week to complete this within the 9-hr cut-off time that covers over 1700m elevation gain.

Solo – One of the most challenging, but stunning 50km events in Hong Kong with close to 3000m elevation gain takes participants up the Ngong Ping 360 trail, around Nei Lek Shan, along the Keung Shan ridge line to south Lantau, up the Shek Pik Country trail, then over Lantau Peak (934m), Sunset Peak (800+m) before passing Lin Fa Shan and descending to Pak Mong before hiking the Olympic trail back to Tung Chung. Highly recommend you train at least 3-4x a week to complete this within the 12-hr cut-off
