This challenge is all about runnable trail! The trail starts at Sham Tseng. The route then joins Maclehose section 10, before following the southern end of Tai Lam Reservoir. More runnable sections bring you to Sham Tseng before the first convenience store stop for a refuel. Heading back up the hill, a concrete path brings you up to even more runnable trail among forest, along the Yuen Chuen Ancient Trail and for another spell on the Maclehose. A downhill section brings you to Ho Pui Reservoir, before heading back up and over undulating trail for the second refueling stop at Tsuen King circuit. A brief catchwater section then leads to uphill concrete path and a climb up Tai Mo Shan, before the final section head back downhill past Shing Mun Reservoir, yet more runnable trail on Golden Hill, and back to urbanisation to finish in Cheung Sha Wan for easy transport home.
