The HK100 Ultra Trail Race, which is held in January each year, has been cancelled.  HK100 Flex is a call to everyone to continue to train / run / hike / connect wherever you are in the world.  HK100 Flex is not a competition or a trial.  It is our way of giving you a little nudge to stay fit and strong and continue to pursue your personal trail running goals in these difficult times.

Hong Kong 100 is an ultra endurance race that takes place in Hong Kong. The 103km course starts in Pak Tam Chung on the Sai Kung Peninsula and covers some of the most beautiful scenery in Hong Kong, including remote and unspoilt beaches, ancient forests, nature trails, reservoirs and steep hills. The course is based around Hong Kong's famous Maclehose Trail.
